These terms govern your use of the 97 Master Outfit storefront and the purchase of products through it.
Using the storefront
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You may not use the storefront for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purposes.
Products, prices, and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary by device. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. A product shown in the storefront is not guaranteed to remain available until an order is accepted.
Orders and payments
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, delivery limitations, or suspected fraud. Payment information is handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. You authorise the applicable provider to charge the order total, including delivery charges and taxes where applicable.
Shipping and delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch accepted orders within the period communicated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by location, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
Intellectual property
The storefront content, including names, text, images, logos, and design elements, belongs to 97 Master Outfit or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use that content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 97 Master Outfit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront, delays outside our control, or a product after it has been delivered and used contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
